We are registered migration agents under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) and regulated by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). Our registration details:

3. Service Engagement

Consultation and Assessment

Initial consultations and assessments are provided for information purposes only. Formal engagement requires a signed service agreement and payment of fees.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties (government agencies, medical providers, etc.) or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain liable for fees for services already provided
• We will provide a final account and return your documents
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• You may need to engage another agent for ongoing matters

9. Complaints and Disputes

If you have concerns about our services:

1. Contact us directly to discuss the issue
2. If unresolved, submit a written complaint
3. We will investigate and respond within 21 days
4. External complaint options include OMARA and the Migration Agents Registration Authority

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logo.pngs, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
